What is J-Insights?
J-Insights is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) detection SaaS platform launched by Joseph Intelligence. It uses AI technology to analyze your website's visibility on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and other AI search engines, providing a 0–100 composite GEO score, an A–F grade rating, and specific optimization recommendations.
How is the GEO score calculated?
The GEO score is calculated from four weighted dimensions: AI Visibility Analysis (40%) detects how often your brand is cited by AI engines; Schema Validation (25%) checks structured data completeness; Content Structure Analysis (20%) evaluates AI readability of content; and Keyword Tracking (15%) monitors keyword rankings in AI search. The four scores are combined into a 0–100 composite score.
Which AI search engines does J-Insights support?
Currently supports four major AI search engines: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity, Claude (Anthropic), and Gemini (Google). We continuously add support for additional AI platforms.
How long does it take to generate an analysis report?
Depending on site size, a single-page analysis typically completes within 1–2 minutes and a full-site scan within 2–5 minutes. Pro plans and above support scheduled automatic detection, and the system will automatically send reports once analysis is complete.
When will historical trend tracking and competitor comparison features be available?
Historical trend tracking is planned for Q2 2026 and will be included in Business plans and above. Competitor comparison analysis is planned for Q3 2026 and will be included in the Enterprise plan. We will notify all users by email when these features launch.

What are the limitations of the free plan?
The free plan includes 3 GEO analyses per month, limited to one domain, and a basic GEO score report. It's ideal for first-time J-Insights users. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time for more analyses or advanced features.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing offers a 17% discount. The Pro plan annual price is NT$14,844/year (approximately NT$1,237/month), and the Business plan annual price is NT$29,784/year (approximately NT$2,482/month). Annual plans are charged in full at the time of subscription.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the system calculates the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All plan changes can be managed self-service in the J-Insights account settings.
What is the refund policy?
All paid plans include a 7-day unconditional refund guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund with no reason required. See our refund policy page for details. refund policy page。
What payment methods are accepted?
J-Insights processes payments through Paddle, supporting credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and select local payment methods in certain regions. All transactions are encrypted and we do not directly store your payment information.
Technical Integration
Does J-Insights require installing any code on my website?
No. J-Insights is a standalone SaaS analytics tool. Simply enter a URL to begin analysis. No tracking code, plugins, or SDKs need to be installed on your website.
What can the API be used for?
Business plans and above provide a RESTful API for: submitting URLs in bulk for analysis, programmatically retrieving analysis reports, integrating into your internal dashboards or reporting systems, and automating scheduled detection workflows. API documentation is provided upon activation.
What is the difference between J-Insights and the AI Performance Analytics System?
J-Insights is a self-service SaaS tool that lets you run your own GEO detection and analysis.
