1. Scope of Application
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans on the J-Insights GEO Detection Platform (hereinafter "the Platform") operated by Joseph Intelligence, including Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.
Payment processing for the Platform is provided by Paddle, the official authorized reseller (Merchant of Record) for the Platform.
2. Refund Eligibility
7-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee
Within 7 calendar days of subscribing to a paid plan, you may request a full refund unconditionally, with no reason required.
Specific Eligibility Conditions
Within 7 days of your first purchase of a paid plan.
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.
Monthly plans are eligible for a refund of the current month's fee within 7 days of each renewal.
Note: Free plans involve no payment and are therefore not subject to this Refund Policy.

How to Apply (3 Steps)
Log in to the J-Insights platform, go to "Account Settings" → "Subscription Management".
Click "Request Refund" and complete the refund form.

4. Refund Processing Timeline
Processing times after we receive your refund request:
Review Period
1–3 business days
Refund Execution
Upon approval, the refund is processed by Paddle
Credit to Account
Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days
Refunds will be returned to your original payment account.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund window.
Accounts suspended due to violation of the Terms of Service.
Already consumed API call quotas (exceeding 50% of plan usage).
Third-party service fees (e.g., non-refundable portions of Paddle processing fees).
Special Cases: Exceptional situations such as major platform outages rendering the service unavailable will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Plan Downgrade & Cancellation
Plan Downgrade
You may downgrade to a lower plan or the free plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; fees paid prior to the downgrade are non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellation
After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation does not constitute a refund — please submit a separate refund request if needed.
Re-subscription
You may re-subscribe at any time after cancellation, but prior analytics data will not be retained.
